Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

The 7-day return window

• You can request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is dispatched.
• Raise the request by WhatsApp, email or from your Orders page, with your order number and a photo of the item.
• The item should be unused and in its original packaging, so we can check it on arrival.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as you can with clear photos or a short video of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

• You can cancel a ready-to-ship order any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund.
• Customised or made-to-order pieces can be cancelled before we begin making them. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel because the piece is made only for you.
• If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we cancel it ourselves and refund you in full.

How refunds work

• Once we receive and check the returned item — or approve a damage claim — we start the refund straight away.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
• Shipping charges are refunded when the return is because of a damaged, wrong or defective item.

Handmade variations

Small differences in colour, size, texture and arrangement are natural in handmade work and are not treated as defects. If a piece looks significantly different from what you ordered, that is a valid return reason — just send us photos.

Your consumer rights

This policy sits alongside, and does not take away from, the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law.
