Handmade products

Every piece is made by hand, one at a time. Small differences in shade, size, texture, petal shape and arrangement are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not defects. Product photos are taken as accurately as possible, but screen colours can vary.

Orders and acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if we suspect fraud. In such cases you get a full refund.
• Customised and made-to-order pieces enter production shortly after confirmation, so please share your customisation details carefully.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken through a secure third-party payment gateway. Your order is processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

Delivery

Handmade items need preparation time before dispatch. Estimated timelines are shown on the product page and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather or local restrictions.

Returns and cancellations

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is dispatched. Full details, including cancellations and refunds, are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide. Please tell us straight away if you notice unauthorised activity on your account.

Reviews and uploaded content

By submitting a review, photo or video you confirm it is your own honest content and you grant us permission to display it on our website and marketing channels. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

Intellectual property

All designs, product photography, text, artwork and branding on this website belong to Crochet Corner. Please do not copy, resell or reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

Our products are decorative items. Please keep them away from open flame, heat and water, and away from young children and pets, as small parts and wires may be present. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting your right to approach a consumer forum where you live.
