Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing time

• Ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.
• Customised and made-to-order bouquets may need 5–10 working days, depending on the design and flower count.
• During festive seasons and large gifting periods, preparation may take slightly longer. We will always tell you if that happens.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: typically 2–4 days after dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: typically 4–7 days after dispatch.
• Remote or restricted pin codes: may take longer, subject to courier serviceability.
• All timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes or local restrictions.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code and the weight or size of your parcel. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can also follow your order under Track Order in your account.

Packaging

Each piece is padded and boxed to protect the flowers, stems and pots in transit. Please open the parcel carefully and avoid sharp objects. If a stem or petal shifts during travel, it can be gently reshaped by hand.

Delivery attempts and incorrect addresses

• Couriers usually make two or three delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable.
• If a parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we can re-ship it; re-shipping charges may apply.
• Please double-check your address and phone number before paying — we can only change them before dispatch.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed well beyond the estimate, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us at crochetcorners.official@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 74278 80073. We will follow it up with the courier and resolve it with you.

International orders

We currently ship across India. For international gifting, message us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can arrange it and at what cost.
